No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist. You can book directly with us. However, if you are coming through Medicare, Chronic Disease Management (EPC) program, you will need a referral from your GP.

At your first visit, your physio will create a tailored treatment plan and let you know what to expect.

yes! we provide treatment for children ages 10 years and above however younger children may need to be accompanied by an adult
Payments & Rebates
Yes, we accept all major private health funds. You can claim your rebate on the spot through our HICAPS machine.
After your session, we simply swipe your private health card through HICAPS. Your health fund pays their portion directly, and you only pay the gap fee (if any). be sure to bring the physical card on the day of treatment
Yes, if your GP has provided you with an EPC referral, you can access up to 5 Medicare-subsidised physiotherapy sessions per calendar year. You’ll just need to bring your GP referral form with you.
Absolutely. We see clients under NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed), TAC, WorkCover, and DVA. Please bring your approval or claim details to your appointment.
yes we bulk bill. You are required to bring your care plan from your GP and no additional payments will be required
We prefer card as we do not have any cash for change, however if you do have the exact amount we are happy to accept it
First Appointment
Your physio will take a detailed history, assess your movement and symptoms, explain your condition, and outline a personalised treatment plan. Treatment usually begins in your first session.
