If you have a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan, you can see our Physiotherapist at Radiant Care Health. A CDM Plan, prepared by your GP, is designed to support individuals with chronic medical conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, or long-term injuries by providing access to allied health services, including Physiotherapy. Under this plan, Medicare covers up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. At our clinic, we bulk bill these sessions, meaning there are no out-of-pocket costs for eligible appointments. Our Physiotherapist will work with you to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses your health needs, helping to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance your quality of life.
