Assessment
We start with your story and goals. Your physio will:
Discuss your symptoms, stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery, and daily demands
Assess movement, strength and functional patterns relevant to your concerns
Screen for contributing factors like load, posture, fatigue and activity changes
Explain what’s likely happening and outline a clear recovery plan

Treatment
Your care may include:
Hands-on treatment where appropriate
Targeted exercise and strengthening progressions
Pelvic floor and core retraining when indicated
Guidance for daily movement, lifting, feeding postures, walking and returning to exercise
Education that helps you understand what’s normal, what’s changeable and what needs support

Progress
At follow-up visits we:
Re-check symptoms and functional goals
Progress your plan safely as your capacity improves
Adjust strategies for flare-ups or changing demands
Support confident return to exercise, work and daily life
