Welcome to Radiant Care Health (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with our services.

Services Provided
Radiant Care Health offers healthcare services, including physiotherapy, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medicare, and other private healthcare insurance arrangements. We strive to provide professional and comprehensive care to all clients. Services may include:
- Physiotherapy treatments
- Injury rehabilitation
- Home visits (where applicable)
- Consultations (online or in-person)
Please Note: Your participation in treatment is voluntary, and it is essential that you follow our treatment recommendations to get the best outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information: You must provide correct and up-to-date personal, medical, and payment information to enable us to deliver quality care.
- Follow treatment plans: Your participation in physiotherapy and rehabilitation activities is essential to ensure treatment effectiveness. This may include home exercises and other advice from your healthcare provider.
- Timely communication: Notify us of any changes in your condition, or if you cannot attend scheduled appointments.
- Adhere to cancellation policies:
- NDIS Clients: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. If an NDIS client cancels with less than 2 days’ notice, the full fee will be charged.
- All Other Clients: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will incur a $30 fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in a review of your treatment plan and future appointment scheduling.
Payment and Fees
We accept payment through various channels, including:
- NDIS funding (for eligible participants)
- Medicare
- WorkCover
- TAC
- DVA
- My Aged Care Home Packages
- Private health insurance (with HICAPS claims available on-site)
- Private payments via credit card, EFT, or other approved methods
Private Fees: If you are privately paying for services, payment is due at the time of service unless an alternate arrangement has been made.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees for overdue invoices.
Cancellation Fees:
NDIS Clients: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. If an NDIS client cancels with less than 2 days’ notice, the full fee will be charged.
All Other Clients: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will incur a $30 fee.
Insurance and Liability
Radiant Care Health is covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, you agree to release Radiant Care Health, its staff, and contractors from any liability for injuries or damages arising from:
- Failure to follow prescribed treatment advice.
- Activities outside our direct supervision, including home exercise programs.
- Pre-existing health conditions or undisclosed medical information.
NDIS Participants: If you are funded through the NDIS, it is your responsibility to ensure that the services you access fall within your approved plan.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect and use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal and health information in accordance with this policy.
Your personal health information will only be used for:
- Delivering healthcare services.
- Processing payments (e.g., NDIS, Medicare, insurance claims).
- Communicating with other healthcare providers, where necessary.
We take appropriate measures to safeguard your information and will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

- Act abusively or inappropriately towards our staff or other clients.
- Fail to pay for services as agreed.
- Refuse to follow prescribed treatment plans, which compromises care outcomes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Radiant Care Health or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit this content without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Care Health and its employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Misuse of our services.
- Client’s failure to follow treatment advice or health guidelines.
- Delays, interruptions, or errors in the provision of services due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to software failures, technical difficulties, or natural disasters.
Our total liability in relation to any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
