What to expect from your program

Assessment
We start with a detailed review of your history, current symptoms and goals. Your physio will:
Check how you move (mobility, balance, strength)
Ask about your home setup and available equipment
Agree on clear, realistic goals (e.g. stairs, walking, work, sport, gardening)
02.
Program build
Your physiotherapist designs a personalised plan that may include:
Strength exercises for key areas (e.g. hips, knees, back, shoulders)
Balance and stability drills
Mobility and flexibility work
Conditioning/fitness at a level that suits you
Exercises are coached in-clinic or at home, using simple equipment such as resistance bands, light weights and bodyweight movements. You’ll receive clear instructions, reps/sets and progressions.
03.
Progress
We track your results over time and adjust your program as you improve. That might mean:
Increasing difficulty safely
Swapping exercises that don’t suit you
Updating goals as you return to work, sport or daily activities
You’ll always know what to do, how often, and why it matters.
