How It Works
Your pathway to relief
Consectetur adipiscing elit sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt labore et dolore magna aliqua enim minim veniam.
01.
Assessment
We start by listening to your story—how your pain began, what aggravates it and what you need your arm to do. Your physio will:
Review your medical history, work/sport demands and any scans you already have
Test movement, grip strength and specific tendon or nerve tests to identify the main driver (tendon, joint, nerve, overuse or post-injury)
Explain the likely diagnosis and what that means for recovery in clear, simple language
02.
Treatment
Your treatment plan is tailored to you and may include:
Hands-on techniques to the forearm, wrist or elbow (joint mobilisation, soft-tissue release, stretching)
Tendon-loading exercises for conditions like tennis elbow or wrist tendinopathy
Strengthening and control work for the forearm, shoulder and hand to support the area
Nerve gliding exercises where nerve irritation contributes to symptoms
Taping or bracing options (where appropriate) to support short-term pain relief
Practical advice on ergonomics, sport technique, tool use and task modification
03.
Progress
At follow-up visits we:
Track pain, grip strength and function in daily tasks
Progress your exercises (reps, load, positions) as your tissues adapt
Gradually reintroduce or increase work, sport and hobbies with a clear plan
Our aim is not just to calm your wrist or elbow now, but to make it more resilient for the future.
